I loved how spacious the room felt, especially for the price. The big stuffed chair and sofa bed were a nice touch. The staff members were friendly and always greeting us with a smile. However, the pool being closed for maintenance during the Labor Day weekend was a letdown since I specifically booked it for that perk. Also, the toilet in our room didn't flush properly, and I had to use a different bathroom in the lobby. I mentioned this during checkout, but didn’t receive any compensation. I'd still consider staying here again, especially since it's pet-friendly, but I hope they fix these issues soon.

During my stay, I was disappointed to find that the advertised amenities were lacking. The hot tub was not functioning, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff to assist with guest needs. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as I noticed dust and hair in various places.
